At present, I cannot take orders online, but feel free to email me with your enquiries, and please do so before placing an order by post.

I can accept cheques in sterling or US dollars, made payable to Woodlore. If you choose to send cash, sterling or US dollars are acceptable, but you post cash at your own risk.

All prices are in sterling - please convert at the current exchange rate. As a rough guide, £1 is around US$1.60 or 1.50 Euros at the time of writing (October 1999).

My turnover is too small to register for VAT, so all prices are quoted net but there is no tax to add. However, if your own country's customs charges any import duty you will need to pay this yourself, as it is not included in the price.

If ordering more than one item at once, there will be a discount on the postage rate, depending on the actual cost of the postage.

Any design can be personalised at no extra cost with a message burned into the back or base of the item.

Orders will normally be dispatched within four weeks of receipt. Rush orders can be negotiated, but may incur an additional charge. Allow two days for UK post, a week for European post or US airmail and up to three months (but more typically six weeks) for US surface mail.

Please order early for Christmas/Solstice.
